Stefano serves as Chief Executive. Stefano is responsible for defining the business strategic direction, overseeing all functions of the business and capitalizing on new growth opportunities and markets.

Prior to leading the join co-founding Fils Investments, Stefano began his career in the Real Estate industry, dealing with flagship commercial properties for international luxury brands. Stefano has extensive experience in the International market, with over 10 years of experience in customer-facing and management roles, managing all aspects of the business from marketing, operations, and finance.

Stefano earned his Bachelor of Business degree in Economics and received a Master of International Business degree from Hult International Business School.
