As Head of Software Science of FilsInv, Tanya is in charge of managing and consulting development teams on new products architecture with a focus on visual and experience aestetics, multi sensorial perception, product evaluation.

Prior to her current position in Fils Investments, Tanya has worked with a number of large organisations such as Unilever for several years and as consultant for retail and online multinationals focusing on the gaming environment.
